Part of the Mersey Waters Enterprise Zone and the 500 acre Wirral Waters regeneration scheme, and built on previously derelict land, The Tower Wharf project saw the design of the 48,000 sq ft 4 storey office building which includes a roof terrace and office accommodation for around 800 staff.
