An understanding of the QUALICOAT organisation and the process that manufacturers/applicators need to go through in order to gain a licence for QUALICOAT. In addition, the requirement for all licensed manufacturers/applicators to be randomly inspected to ensure consistency of quality, through testing and by maintenance of records.

The processes that aluminium profiles, sheet and castings need to go through in order to be powder coated to the QUALICOAT Specification.

The importance of getting pretreatment quality correct which is paramount for both powder finish adhesion and weathering.
