The development encompasses a total of 39,891 square feet dedicated to residential properties, which consist of thirty-one apartments and three townhouses, alongside a Premier Inn hotel. Additionally, the project features more than 43,000 square feet allocated for both food and non-food retail spaces, which includes a new Aldi, an 11,862 square foot cinema, a new play area, and enhanced infrastructure such as access roads and parking facilities. The project emphasises the importance of correctly specifying architectural powdercoating of roofline pressings, gutters and rainwater pipes as well as windows, doors and curtain walls, to ensure matching colours and gloss levels.
