Located adjacent to the waterside at the City Road Basin, the tower comprises of 190 luxury apartments, with views of the City of London. Designed by UN Studio, it is built to the standards of Code 4 Sustainable Homes Level 4 and is a mix of studios to three bed apartments including a penthouse. Facilities include a gym, pool and spa, cinema, car parking and a residents’ club lounge with a terrace at Level 24. Energy for the tower comes from a CHP Plant.
