Trueline Powder Coating, part of Trueline Products Ltd, was founded in 1994 by Steve and Anita Mares in Telford, initially producing render beads and accessories for the Construction Industry. Over the past three decades, the family-owned company has expanded into a leading UK manufacturer specialising in architectural fabrications and high-quality powder coating. Now based in Kidderminster, Trueline operates a large, fully equipped facility offering in-house design, fabrication, and now QUALICOAT-certified powder coating. The company has grown through continuous investment in advanced machinery and sustainable processes, earning multiple ISO certifications and a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability across the UK construction sector.
As a powder coater, obtaining a QUALICOAT licence demonstrates that your coating processes meet rigorous international standards for quality, durability, and consistency in architectural applications. The licence provides independent verification that your pre-treatment, application, and curing methods produce finishes capable of withstanding long-term exposure, weathering, and corrosion these are key performance requirements for exterior aluminium. A licence also enhances your credibility with architects, fabricators, and system suppliers who increasingly specify QUALICOAT approved finishes, giving powder coaters access to higher value projects and ensuring alignment with global best practices in powder coating performance and sustainability.
