Celebrating 40 Years of QUALICOAT and 30 Years of QUALIDECO with an International Industry Congress
International expertise, current industry developments and valuable opportunities for professional exchange will take centre stage at the QUALICOAT Congress 2026. The Congress will take place on the 20 November 2026 at the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost. The anniversary programme will begin the evening before, on 19 November, with welcome drinks and a gala dinner at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
The congress will address a broad range of topics relevant to the future of coated aluminium, including architectural applications, technical and regulatory developments, sustainability and quality assurance.
The event will also mark two important milestones: 40 years of QUALICOAT and 30 years of QUALIDECO. Licence holders, approved suppliers and General Licensees from the QUALICOAT and QUALIDECO networks will be joined by professionals from architecture, construction, the aluminium industry and related sectors. Reflecting its motto, “Inspired by Architecture, Trusted by Professionals”, the congress will look beyond the quality network itself and bring together perspectives from across the value chain.
Speakers from architecture and planning, system houses, coating companies, industry organisations and technical institutions will explore current challenges, developments and opportunities. By connecting different areas of expertise, the congress aims to encourage dialogue and provide fresh perspectives for the industry.

Anniversary Celebration at the Allianz Arena
The congress will open on the evening of 19 November 2026 with Highlight Tour of the Allianz Arena, followed by an aperitif and a gala dinner.
The anniversary evening will provide an exceptional setting to celebrate four decades of QUALICOAT and three decades of QUALIDECO, while offering participants the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and establish new international contacts.

An International Forum for the Industry
The official congress language will be English, with simultaneous interpretation available in French, Spanish, Italian and German.
