To provide a superior finish to a seafront iconic landmark building which not only meets the high aesthetic demands, but also ensures the longevity required and durability from all the elements associated with a building less than one hundred metres from the coastline.
On a coastline with temperatures ranging from below freezing and up to late 20’s and over hundred days of sunshine per year, the challenge was to supply a finish that could endure this, as well as the added corrosive salt spray from the sea.
